I am working for Bechtel in the St. Louis area, under the 1971 rigging agreement with the Ironworkers, they are doing much more than stated in the agreement and Bechtel has outsourced all the ironwork, so a handful of ironworkers are handling our equipment and trying to get more ironworkers when they don't have enough work to begin with. I am trying to find documentation on Millwrights doing thier own power rigging. Do yuo have any insight?
